What my House Hunters International Experiences taught me

I am a huge believer in manifesting the things that I want in life. Earlier this year I was invited to be a guest speaker on a podcast and we were talking about the House Hunters International TV program and I had said that it would be a dream of mine to film an episode.

This year I was fortunate enough to film two amazing episodes of House Hunters International Italy with two incredible women.

Both of these women are high flying entrepreneurs who, like me, had experienced burnout in their careers and they wanted to experience a “new life” in Italy.

A slower pace, having time to really appreciate the simple things that life has to offer and there is no better place than Italy to offer that type of lifestyle.

There is not much that we hear online about burnout for women in the corporate world. We are taught to “be strong” or “put your big girl pants on” and just get on with it.

But what does that do to ourselves both physically, mentally and spiritually? It can cause illness, a sense of feeling trapped and not knowing how to move forward.

Internalising that amount of stress can cause so many problems later on in life and it was so apparent to me after filming these episodes of HOW MANY women there are who have either hit a wall in their career, or have children that have flown the nest, divorced and finding themselves at a fork in the road in life.

It really highlighted to me the type of women that I want to attract in my life to help them see a different angle, to perhaps think about their future and how they can really learn to give back to themselves, nourish their soul and create a new chapter in their lives.

I have always said that buying a property in Italy is not buying bricks and mortar. You are buying into a culture, a totally different pace of life and the experiences that this would bring can enrich so many aspects of your life.

Living in Italy for nearly a decade has transformed my life in so many ways I never thought possible. Has it been hard? Yes. I have experienced some hardships in my life living here that I thought were totally insurmountable. But has it been worth it? Absolutely.

I cannot tell you how many women I come across online that have the desire to not only visit Italy but also invest here and want to learn how to create either a passive rental income from a holiday home investment or to start a new life here.

But many people do not take that step forward for a lot of reasons. Fear of the unknown being the main factor here but it CAN be done. And with the right guidance backing you, your dream of purchasing a piece of Italian paradise CAN be an achievable reality.

We are coming to the end of 2023, and the promise of a new year always brings a lot of hope in many people with the gusto of wanting to realize their goals and really make it happen.

If this story resonates with you, I would love to invite you to connect with me and let’s put an action plan together of how I can not only help you purchase your dream home in Italy but also show you what is possible with exploring a new chapter in your life, one to enrich, help you grow and give back to yourself.

It’s your time.

I can’t wait to hear from you and help you achieve your dream.
