Me spilling the tea
I’ve had these thoughts along with many of my team for so long about the coaching world 
Now this is not a dig at coaches but more of an Invitation for women to look within.
I’ve invested more than €150k in coaches, strategies and clinging to the hope that someone who knew absolutely nothing about me or my core business could be my solution .
I had one “guru” that took a look at my business and decided I didn’t earn enough for her to make a decent profit off me. Did she have any idea of my core business? Zero! Grazieeee ciao 
But what really was the solution ? Me believing in myself & what I can offer is the solution.
In the words of one of my best friends & integral part of my business Elka Warburton-Scott “I don’t need a guru, I’m my own guru”

Why is it as entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs that at times we doubt our abilities and we put the entire faith of our business in someone who knows nothing of our industry when really all our answers when we look hard enough lie within.
Female entrepreneurs, I am not writing this post to create discord in whatever relationship you may have with a business coach but to invite you to look within.
I have been free of a “mentor” for two years and listening to my instinct has served me tenfold.
If only I had that unwavering belief in myself years ago I would have saved myself not only a lot of money but also reaffirm the belief in myself & what I can offer.
